This is just a short email to say thank you for the wonderful
service we received. I have recently purchased some different types of hooks
for my father to his delight. When we called Latham we spoke to a wonderful
person called Alan who explained the reason for delayed delivery due to
postal strike and them moving to a bigger shop, as we were trying to receive
the items before going on holidays it was very important that we receive
them in time. Alan was just brilliant he assured us that he will post the
parcel via a currier in order for us to receive it in time. We have now
received the parcel in time and we are off on our holidays. My father is
delighted with the quality of hooks and we are delighted we the service
provided. We just wanted to say again thank you so much.

Hoi felt I had to write to you to say thank you for supplying my
order to me. I ordered a fishing pole as my birthday present, unfortunately
I didn't first order it through Lathams but another online retailer. This
experience did not hold any pleasure for me and nearly spoilt my birthday
present as the problems went on for over a month. Luckily I found Lathams
and ordered the pole of my choice. It was supplied within a week as you had
to track one down for me from one of your stores and you kept me informed
all through unlike the other retailer.
I used my pole for the first time this past weekend and caught 85lb in a
match and came second. So once again thank you for restoring my belief in

First of all my apologies for the impersonal address but I forgot to take
the name of the guy who took my call on Monday. Anyway today as promised I
received the exchange for my Middy MT Barbel Specialist net (and returned
the busted one as requested). To say I am pleased with the courtesy and
efficiency of the response would be an understatement. Quite frankly the
response to my enquiry has been fantastic and with customer service like
that you deserve to be hugely successful.
For my part I will certainly use you again as and when the urge to spend my

I didn't first order it through Lathams but another online retailer. This
experience did not hold any pleasure for me and nearly spoilt my birthday
present as the problems went on for over a month. Luckily I found Lathams
and ordered the pole of my choice. It was supplied within a week as you had
to track one down for me from one of your stores and you kept me informed
all through unlike the other retailer.
I used my pole for the first time this past weekend and caught 85lb in a
match and came second. So once again thank you for restoring my belief in

the name of the guy who took my call on Monday. Anyway today as promised I
received the exchange for my Middy MT Barbel Specialist net (and returned
the busted one as requested). To say I am pleased with the courtesy and
efficiency of the response would be an understatement. Quite frankly the
response to my enquiry has been fantastic and with customer service like
that you deserve to be hugely successful.
