Delivery
Postage and Despatch
All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond the control of the Company: including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers. Delivery will normally be next working day (Monday to Friday) from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to notify you by e-mail or phone call of out of stock items. No payment will be taken until goods are ready to be dispatched.
We only offer deliveries within the U.K.
U.K. Delivery Charges
Latham's Fishing provides FREE DELIVERY in the U.K. on all orders of £50.00 and over.
FOR DELIVERY ADDRESSES IN THE UK, BUT OUTSIDE THE MAINLAND
(Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Isles of Scilly)
There is an Outside UK Mainland delivery supplement of £15 on large items by carrier guaranteed service.
Postage / Shipping (Channel Islands)
When Channel Island orders have been made you will be contacted via e-mail or phone and given a quotation for delivery where you can either agree or cancel your order. No payment will be taken until goods are ready to be dispatched.
VAT FREE PRICES TO DELIVERY ADDRESSES IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS
If we are delivering to an address in the Channel Islands you don't have to pay VAT. Deduct the VAT from the shipping prices shown to give your price.
For example - Our web price £30.00. £30.00 divided by 1.175 equals £25.53. The price you pay is £25.53.
The exception to this is books, which do not carry VAT. For books only, you pay the full price shown in our list. All prices are in £ sterling.
Your credit card company will bill you in your own currency. Your credit card company can advise you on the current rate of exchange.
You can pay by all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Delta cards.
We do not accept American Express Solo or Electron.
We usually despatch within one working day (Monday to Friday) of clearance of payment.
