Making a Purchase

Ordering online from Lathams-fishing is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed.
Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from you only; it is not binding until accepted by us.
Any errors or omissions in any sales literature, despatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. The responsibility is Yours for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery, enable us to deliver the goods to the billing address notified by You.
We will send you an email accepting your order. Your goods will follow accompanied by a dispatch note issued to you. We do not charge for the goods until they are ready for despatch.

Payments are accepted on all major credit or debit cards via our secure server. All prices quoted for products are priced in pounds sterling including all taxes at current rates. Price excludes delivery to your billing address but is clearly shown before you checkout. An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.

Pricing
